By accessing SeerahQuest, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you are using the service for a child, you confirm that you are authorised to supervise that use.
2. Educational purpose
SeerahQuest provides educational material about the Seerah. It is not a substitute for qualified religious, legal or pastoral advice. Source notes are provided to support learning, but users should consult qualified teachers and original works where appropriate.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login details secure and notifying SeerahQuest if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or used to impersonate another person.
4. Respectful use
You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, exploit battle or reward systems, harass other learners, distribute malicious material or use SeerahQuest in a way that is unlawful or harmful.
5. Content and intellectual property
The SeerahQuest name, visual identity, application design, original writing, graphics, game systems and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal educational use does not grant permission to reproduce, sell or publish substantial parts of the service.
6. Testing and availability
Before public release, features may be changed, limited or removed during owner review and stress testing. Online play, rewards, account systems and stored progress may require maintenance or internet connectivity.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated when the app, website, legal requirements or service providers change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date.
